I miss not being able to catch up with my Livejournal friends. It was a routine for me to actually come in to work each day and read about what some of my friends are doing back home in Singapore. It makes home seem so much closer, not to mention work more bearable.
This year marks my 10th year that I've been living out of Singapore. At the risk of sounding cliche, time really does fly. I miss Singapore quite a bit and I miss my friends quite a lot. I find that forums and tools such as emails, instant messengers etc have really helped in making this world a much smaller place. Through these places, I've actually made some really dear friends.
Ok. I'll stop. Too sentimental. Need to find my hanky now.
