Crafting a Tutu skirt

This was what I made one day for Rebecca and I think its SO cute. I used a mixture of 3 types of netting material but the material was still not soft enough for my liking - nor for Rebecca's. She does complain that its a tad itchy.

I want to make a few more when I have more time...and one for my myself for those girly whirly days!
