Sick again

I am sick again. It seems to be too frequent an occurence, illness and me. Till Mr B is also wondering what is going on.

It started with a sharp one-sided headache on Saturday afternoon which took me about 3 hours to sleep off. Thinking it was due to my over-stretching of muscles during a Pilates lesson that morning, I took a hot soak to relax the muscles.

Sunday morning felt wierd and I thrashed around in bed quite a bit. Mr B asked if I was fine, I said no, feel funny. Had the runs and retreated back to bed. Dragged myself out of bed about 9ish to change and get R changed for her gymnastics lesson and we managed to get out the door about 10:15. Went to the bank to re-activate our bank card and it was downhill from then on. Felt really cold, pukish and miserable. Dropped R at her class and sat in the car shivering under 5 layers of clothes and coats.

Mr B drove us home and sweet R decided that she didn't want to go for lunch with her father, but wanted to stay near me. She insisted on walking me home and crawled into bed with me, saying that she wanted to sleep as well, like I do. Her efforts were thwarted by nanny who made her change and refused her entry into my room. I could hear her, but was too weak to speak to get R into the room.

Slept for about 4 hours and woke up still groggy. Had a cup of diluted milo and a tylenol and fell back to sleep. Thankful that I woke up this morning feeling much better, though still weak.
